We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail for $8.95.
We want you to love what you purchase from us. If you do not, please read the following Return Policy.
We accept all returns in New Condition with Tags Attached, within 30 days of receipt, for full refund. We do not refund original shipping fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. New Condition also means free of body makeup, glitter, odor, smoke smell, stains, pet hair, etc.
Some sale items might have a different policy such as store credit only but we will always make that clear before you purchase.
Please contact email@example.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You will be sent instructions on where to return.
If we sent the wrong product in error, contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the correct one and a prepaid return envelope to return the incorrect item.
If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please place a new order and return what you don't want to keep.
If you used a discount coupon or code for your purchase, you will need to call us at 310-717-7095, so that we can apply the same discount code to your new order.
All returns must be in NEW CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED and returned within 30 days of purchase. We ask that you include the packing slip (or a copy) that was sent to you with your products for means of identification.
We urge you to use a trackable form of shipping. We suggest US Postal Service, as they are the most cost effective and offer tracking on all Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless you are returning something we shipped to you in error).
We only accept returns of our products if you purchased them directly from us. If you purchased from another retailer, you must contact them.
