Credit Card Transaction Policy
Upon submission of a credit card order via the Internet, Sassybax.com will seek an approval code from the customer's credit card issuer, and charge the account for the full order amount at the time of ordering.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of stock merchandise will result in full refund to the credit card account.
Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Every effort is made to ship within five business days. Express Delivery orders are given first priority. If for some reason, overnight delivery is not achieved, you will receive a credit for the difference in price on the shipping. Please note that express delivery does not include weekends, please call us if you would like to upgrade your overnight shipment to Saturday delivery. If you have ordered a color, size or style we are temporarily out of stock on or which has been discontinued, we will email or call you. At that time, you may substitute, wait or cancel your order.
A signature is required upon delivery, but the carrier will redeliver in your abscence if you sign the door tag they leave. You may waive the signature by stating your wishes to do so in the comments field of your order. By waiving the signature you accept the delivery driver's statement as proof of delivery.
Risk-Free Exchange Policy
If you would like to try another size or product we will ship your first exchange to you at no charge. If for any reason you are not satisfied with this exchange we will pay the return shipping! The process is easy, just tell us what you would like in exchange, and send it with the form included in your order. (If you've misplaced it you can dowload it from the link below) If you aren’t happy with the exchange just call us and we will send a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise, with all tags attached, within 30 days. We do not charge for re-shipping if you would like to make an exchange for another product. (Exchanges are shipped free of charge for one exchange per order, via FedEX ground.) Refunds will be issued for the price of the returned product, to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return, you will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has shipped, or when the refund has been issued for your return.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event we mistakenly ship you the wrong product, or in the rare event of a factory defect, simply contact us with your order number. We will gladly provide a pre-paid shipping label so you may return the item(s). Our mistake will not incur any additional shipping cost to you.
Special Notes
Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, and you return it for exchange or refund, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If a late return is accepted, a $10 per-item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This restocking fee will not be assessed for returns received within 30 days. We recommend you return your product using a service that can be tracked and insured*, such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
